An almost perfect balance of speed, maneuverability, and defensive shields makes this the fighter of choice for Rogue Squadron, except when the mission profile disallows it. In addition to four blaster cannons, the X-Wing can carry a number of proton torpedoes. It's powered by four fusial thrust engines, and requires an onboard astromech droid for peak performance.

I feel like Lego has made enough weirdly specific star wars sets by now that you could probably recreate most of not all of some of the movies just using official sets

It is super compact however the amount of detail is worth it. I added a light kit to mine and it is a great shelf piece.
