I was at a BuyBuyBaby yesterday browsing and I saw a clerk come up and put a price tag over another one. The item originally said $5.99 and she put a sticker that said $7.99 so be diligent that they are not inflating prices for this "sale"
When you have liquidation companies doing the store closing sales, double check the prices online. They WILL jack up the original price and then discount from that. It's a well known tactic used by liquidation companies like Gordon Bros l.
what on earth? I don't see any good deals at their website?
Which is exactly why they're going out of business— They spam your email with 20% constantly, as if that's enough to ignore the fact that their prices are inflated.

It's ironic, but it's so hard to get a good deal during store closures. There are a lot of people who just buy stuff without thinking or crosschecking prices
