Is there a lot of slobber on the balls (lol)? I'm just worried that my dogs excess slobber is gonna jam the gun and break it.

I used the gun to knock a wasp nest (empty) from the inside of the patio table umbrella and it stopped working so I assume some of the nest/mud material went down into the works and that's why my first one quit working.
I plan to look into it more as the weather gets better but don't worry about slobber. I even snag tennis balls out of their kiddie pool to shoot and that doesn't bother the gun workings at all.
