Ymmv but the refurbished I bought, an S5max I think, didn't last 3mos. Returned, they sent it back and it worked for a week, returned, worked for 2weeks and I gave up after that. Bought a new S7+ direct from Roborock and it's been fantastic

Was your refurb from roborock? This listing looks like its the roborock official storefront, so it would seem it was refurbished BY roborock.

I have the S7 without the auto empty dock.
Honestly, the frequency you have to change the mop pad and stuff, it's really not worth the extra $200 for me for the self-empty dock.

How often do you have to change the mop pad? We have a bunch of split level wood floors, was going to use for the smaller uppermost area that gets the most traffic because it's also the kitchen and dining area.
