I have had mediocre experience buying Geek Squad Hue refurbished bulbs.
Bought 2, 1 was bad. Couldn't get it to pair to own hub. Got an exchange and then that one would not light up at all. 3rd exchange was finally one that worked how expected.
My experience was with the Hue Color bulbs and this was a year or so ago, so maybe Geek Squad has improved, but wanted to mention here.

Always take a picture of the six SN's before installing them so that you can manually search for it.
I've found its best to just use a lamp or two without a shade to "find" them before installing. It may take several tries so doing this whenever you sit down to watch TV and just repeating until they eventually work usually does the trick. Once they update they will become easy to find should you delete them for later use (suggested if storing any extras)

Yeah, unfortunately I did try manually searching and they would never turn up. All Hue bulbs I have bought that were Geek Squad Recertified would ONLY add to my existing hub by doing a manual search. I could never add one via auto searching that the app does.

yeah, I ended up getting a 2nd hub through a combo and some of the bulbs I had , would actually connect to this new one, so I updated, then I deleted and easily found on the first one. Any bulbs older than two years have issues being found automatically from anywhere it seems. Hope all your light issues are straight now though. It's nice when they are setup at least.
