Not for a bleeding edge drive like this. If you're referring to the TeamGroup deal... not the best brand... and I think the read and write speeds are dang slow in comparison - sub-2000MBps I think

This drive is one of the fastest Gen4s on the market. Tom's Hardware tests indicate it runs faster than the WD SN850X and goes toe-to-toe with the Samsung 990 Pro.

TU and tried to rep, but I guess I've repped OP too much and it wouldn't let me.
This drive is the SK hynix Platinum P41 by a different name, so this deal is SLICK (unless you're a NewEgg hater).

Anyone else seeing $149.99, then when checking out, it changes to $159.99?

I know prices are plummeting and are projected to fall another 10-20% by mid-2023, but is $65 a bad price for a 1TB 7000/6500 drive?

I haven't seen many big sales on newer, high-end drives like this one, and I know manufacturers have already slashed production. Most sales I've seen recently have been on sub 4000 MBps drives, especially cheaper, DRAM-less drives.

Go to Tom's Hardware site and look it up to confirm, but 'yes'.

I paid $100 for the Solidigm P41 Plus two months ago. This P44 version is 60% faster and allows for 66% more total bytes written. In my case, the only slot I had left for it was PCIe 3.0 so I decided not to pay the $30 more for the P44.

That said, the SSD has been working just fine so far.
