The one from Woot was 13"(nominal. Actually it is 13.25").
Despite the "hammering", it's smooth as glass. Don't expect that to be an issue at all. Lots of woks are like that.
This is the one Woot sold:

If you go to Asian restaurants, they don't "wash" their woks.
Like a griddle, High heat and sizzling water is all that is needed to remove the food with a bristle brush like Libman's. No soap is needed whatsoever. If you do want to use soap, consider Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap made of natural oils.

That said... China and their oils.
So, I'd wash it thoroughly with Castile soap and heat on HIGH a few times to burn off what's there. Then, I'd re-season with peanut oil and scallions/cabbage, etc.

Metal wok spatula on a textured surface is odd

It says natural nonstick which I assume means that they seasoned it at the factory.

I might not get this Wok but I'm getting some kind of Wok and cleaver knife in the next 24 hours!
