Anybody tried using their prepaid cards yet? Mine gets declined everywhere I try to use it. I've tried to use it at my local Dodge service department for oil change and it was declined. Tried online at Amazon and Walmart and both were declined. Tried to add it to my PayPal and it was declined there as well. I contacted Amex Gift Card and they're no help. They just tell me the places I tried dont accept it and to find somewhere else to use it. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam and they took my money. I disputed the charge with my Amex CC and am trying to get my money back.
