This is terrible for kids and for anyone for that matter. 320 micrograms (.32 gram) is all you need but i would avoid it all together if possible. 5 grams is a supraphysiological dose that will significantly reduce your natural bodys ability to produce melatonin. It delays puberty in kids and reduces testosterone/estrogen in adults among many other harmful side effects.

Dont listen to me though. Look up matthew walker (premier sleep expert from uc berkley) or andrew huberman (neuroscience professor at stanford medical) for sleep aiding protocols and supplements.

Why is this even a gummy?! This isn't for kids… Just get the little small capsules 5mg or 10mg based on your needs. If you take it without getting enough sleep you'll be hella drowsy the next day.

I meant .32 mg or 320mcg

Youre still taking way too much even if you bite off half.

just because you think it works doesnt mean its good or even close to the ideal solution.
