These are worth $200-ish, for sure, but most people I know need webcams on their work laptops these days, and these aren't good traveling workstations.
All electrical devices get stressed from daily use and will fail eventually. Intel used to have a 10 year target life for the CPU. This CPU is about 8 years old. Not sure about the remaining life of the ssd. Not worth buying.
I am using 7720 due to edock support. In office my used T5610 is running for 5 year 24x7。Those precision systems were best. I still keep a m4800. Beautiful.
For these Dell refurbs, I have bought and will only buy one with at least:
Intel i5 8th-Gen or better CPU
8 GB Ram or better - (upgradeable/ with extra Ram slot )
at least 256 GB SSD drive / upgradeable
FHD display (1920 x 1080) if screen size 13" or higher (720p is fine for 13" under)
Price - $199 under
And buy only from reputable refurbished sellers like this site, or from Ebay (newegg, etc). These sellers usually put newer/better batteries on their items before selling. I actually prefer Ebay refurbished because of their 1-year warranty. But sometimes, I buy from here if there's an absolutely better deals.
Also, on Dell Refurb site, it is also a matter of good timing. I recently got this for only $149 + tax
Dell Latitude 7290 Notebook
12.5-in HD (1366 x 768)
Webcam
Intel Core i5 Quad (i5-8350U) 1.70 GHz
16 GB RAM
512 GB SSD
Intel Integrated Graphics
Backlit Keyboard
Windows 10 Professional
Grade B but it looks way better.

Dude what? CPUs have a rated life of more than 100k+ hours outside of anomalies like power events. Transistors are solid state. They don't degrade or fail the way most things do. They have to have physical damage to them, usually from some external event. People have 3x86 chips from the 90s that still run just fine.
Now ssds, do degrade. But either the data naturally loses magnetic state over time, or their sectors degrade from write cycles. They don't degrade from just sitting on a shelf.
If you find yourself interested in these topics, I highly recommend a degree in computer engineering!
I have a PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering, and had worked on CPU design at Intel for many years. Transistors do degrade over the time when powered on. CPU does have an expected life, say 10 years. It doesn't mean all CPU will die after 10 years. Usually the design is conservative; or the computer is not heavily used, then it may last longer.

and the old SSD is an easy fix. when you get a refurbed pc, the first on the list is to back up the C drive to a new SSD. since new SSD are cheaper than cheap dirt this is a non issue. rather doubt any of these are even a fraction close to 100k hours or even 10k.

The M2200 Quadro is pretty outdated.
