You'll need:
Your SSN, personal address and phone number
Your business's Taxpayer Identification Number (EIN, SSN, ITIN)
Name, email address and phone number for any additional owners with 25% or more ownership in the company
Instead of business's taxpayer identification number, can we enter our own social security number if we don't have a business?

Yes, you can. That's what self proprietors do.
It's called sole proprietors…..
Hey now. I just woke up, and no coffee in me. Thanks for the correction.

That's what I am going thru not giving out the bonus
Same. I also got my $600 bonus quickly with US Bank. I've also signed up for Wells Fargo $325 offer but still haven't received the bonus despite completing the required activities

If you're any visa it won't let you do. If you're a US Citizen it should allow you to do on your own

If anyone wants to do the math, it's 60% Apy.
(0.60*15000)*(30/365)

What's unique with them that I kinda like is the CS agents and people at the branch have a lot more discretion. Example, you can walk in and get a loan at better terms than online.
However, it seems that some people are reporting this is being utilized to deny bonuses which is absolutely shitty.
