I just wanted to open a business checking account and found this out.

This guy banks, a lot.
Just saying. Been churning other banks since I could get my own bank account. USbank have been my worst experience ever. Would I consider them again? Nope. Even for 500bucks, there are other banks out there. That's saying a lot when I bank even with Third world country banks. 🙄 Just check Drofcredit website. It's all there.
But in the end, did you get the bonus? How hard was it to close the account afterwards?

Regarding the above stipulation, I already have accounts with US Bank and use the mobile app. I applied this morning for this business offer and was just approved. The new account is showing up in my accounts.

Yes. In the long run. Customer rep is no use. I could just call and ask for it. I had to physically get to the bank and Had to get 2 managers involved. Never had to do that ever anywhere. Ever. Not gonna lie as soon as I could remove my money. I transfered it to another bank. I usually let my money stay a month or two just to be safe with my bonuses but this one- ASAP. Removed it.
Yes... Hit and split if that's how they treat their customers.
