I just wanted to open a business checking account and found this out.

What's to stop someone from immediately pulling that and paying off the credit card, or is that the point?

Not sure if this was mentioned in the previous 22 pages of comments, but it's worth noting that you can fund this account upto $3,000 with a credit card that does not count as a cash advance.
