Try ACH. Works like charm
I already collected their $600 bonus for sending six direct deposits.
After this, I would have collected $1.1k in a matter of months. Way faster than my I-bonds, which take a year and locking up all my $.
Does this promotion has direct deposit requirement?
"The business checking bonus will be deposited into your new U.S. Bank Business Checking account within 45 days of balance verification, as long as the account is open and has a positive balance."
May be pay credit card bills with US bank account if you are not able to cash out quickly. I sent funds from Chase to US bank via ACH and it was a breeze
Online savings accounts normally give you a much higher limits.

Mt state tax is another 7%
There's more
the $5000 or $15000 deposit has to be a single one time deposit or the money can deposited in several installments within 30 days?
For example, today I deposit $2000 and next day I can deposit $3000, So a total deposit of $5000 within 30 days.
Thanks
Cathay Bank doesn't don't talk down to you like US bank. US bank's branch manager talked to me in a tone as if a boss is talking to their employees, saying that 'you are building a relationship with the US bank' whenever we complained about the stupid hurdles they put on new customers (such as a $500 mobile online check deposit limit, plus some monthly limit which I forgot, which means you have to manually deposit a check to a branch to satisfy the funding requirement for the signup bonus) is for you to build track record with them. US bank do not trust their customers and their branch managers shows that attitude.
US bank's terms are abusive and they abuse their discretion to terminate the relationship and they won't tell you the reason for 'security reasons'. I opened a merchant account with them (for the $500 bonus) and they unilaterally terminated the relationship after 2 transactions and clawed back the payouts for 90 days without warning and for absolutely no reason (there's no defect in the transactions. 90 days cleared and the loss prevention 'applied' to return the funds to me in a check, which they said it'd take 4~5 weeks, after 90+ days), and they are tight-lipped about the reasons (always citing security reasons). Since they terminated the merchant account within 90 days, they didn't give me the bonus either and I paid $58 for their damn card reader which I'd never get to use. US bank talks to customers as if they are thieves. Stay away from them. No matter how helpful the branch staff are, they are powerless in front of the back office. This bank is toxic. Stay away from them if your peace of mind is worth more than the signup bonus.
Dude, just opened a personal account for their $600 deal if deposits exceed 10k in 90 days.
Had to pay rent ($2400) with debit since ACH would take 2-3 days to finish verification, first payment at new place.
These asshats gave me the hardest time. Citing, just as you said "security reasons". I explained that the $3k daily limit would never fly when I occasionally make big ticket purchases. I had plenty enough to cover my withdrawal and some.
The reason the transaction was failing was because my wife was trying to put it through on her card (we went into a branch to make it a co-owned account). Well unfortunately her card has a $1k daily limit , for some stupid reason. So I used my card and paid rent.
But before they noticed that "work around" they told me repeatedly that I was shit out of luck and there was absolutely nothing they could do, even as a sign of courtesy, to make sure I could process my rent payment.
I'm gone the second the $600 touches my account and the terms are fulfilled. If it ever does come.
