I just wanted to open a business checking account and found this out.

How did you manage to get the account number?
same here - wouldn't give it to me over the phone so I waited for snail mail cause I refused to go into a branch when I shouldn't have to. Then they disabled my account every time I tried to transfer money in. Since there is no balance due to their incompetency I am cutting my losses and closing the account. This place is run by morons

I got a cashier's check for $100 a couple days ago. Still waiting on the other $200. Really strange.
When was your account closed? Mine was July 6th. My deposit fund was $15k. Sigh
Your "bank to bank" transfer - what side did you initiate the $15k transfer from?
Did you "PUSH" $15k from your other/outside bank to US Bank
Was the $15k all at once?

Can you specify all of the steps you completed to get the bonus?
I'm curious to nail down why some got this bonus and others did not.
Why were some accounts locked for fraud and others not?
There's holes in this thread that any reader is trying to patch up as to why one person worked flawlessly and fine and others had their accounts fraud locked, account closed, and money held for weeks/months.
Other than the obvious foreigners trying to get this deal, I'm still trying to figure out the theme as to why it worked for some and not others.
The only thing I can come up with now is.... Nothing
And just to clarify, did you initiate the transfer FROM US Bank's website's each time?
Did you ever try to PUSH money from your external bank to US Bank??
The date on the letter with the check says it closed on 7/11
