If you don't mind me asking, how much was your fund?
It's more like a stub with the check at the bottom of the page. I received an actual letter 7/10 saying they couldn't approve the application due to various attempts to verify identity (there were no attempts).
Is the stub with the check in the same mail as the actual letter? Or are they different mails? I need to file a complaint
No, they came as separate mailings/envelopes on two different days
I see. Thank you for the information
No problem, good luck. I need to find time to call them too to see what's going on with it. Such a hassle.

Call until one provides you the number.
And just to clarify, did you initiate the transfer FROM US Bank's website's each time?
Did you ever try to PUSH money from your external bank to US Bank??
initiated from the US Bank web site - max daily amount of 2500. found out since this post that my son tried to deposit a payroll check INTO his own USB account and it rejected due to a $200 daily deposit limit. So dumb
They say (for $750)
1) Open the account
2) Fund "within 30 days of account opening" with $15k new money
3) Maintain $15k "until 60th day after account opening"
4) "The business checking bonus will be deposited into your new U.S. Bank Business Checking account within 45 days of balance verification, as long as the account is open and has a positive balance."
"Account verification" in any sense would be that you met the requirements of the promotion. That would normally be when they check on the 60th day to see you maintained the $15k balance from at least the 30th to the 60th day "after account opening," as well as used their mobile access, case closed.
Welllll…. USBANK is pulling a fast one that is probably illegal: they are NOW saying that you have to keep that $15,000 with them indefinitely until they get around to "verifying" the account, and that can take a long time because they have lots of customers. THE OFFER SAYS "AS LONG AS THE ACCOUNT IS OPEN AND YOU HAVE A POSITIVE BALANCE." And not, "keep $15k+ with us indefinitely."
Time to figure out who the best regulator is to go after them if they fail to pay the promised interest/"promotion." It's in black and white and their representative was interpreting something completely different from what the contract agrees to. When I read what it says and what that means in English, she claims she's "not an attorney." Wow.
I can only surmise that US Bank is in pretty bad condition if they have to resort to fleecing people in such an obvious manner. I'm keeping my balance extremely low in case FDIC has to close them up soon.
