I just wanted to open a business checking account and found this out.
$500 bonus for depositing $5000 and keeping it for 60 days

Beware this bank uses every possible avenue to deny your bonus. They claimed ach transfers from my other non US bank accounts to this account weren't "new" funds or money

got bonus, but very difficult to close account and get check back.
I call them 4 times, put on hold for half hour, promise call me back for verify purpose, never call me.
I am going to the branch to close it!

Maybe. It's a crap shoot w/ US Bank. Sometimes I get what they owe me and sometimes I don't. Rarely has contacting them gotten me anywhere, but for $500/$750 I'd invest some time into it.

Signup code was not on account when I went to branch to check on bonus. I received bonus within 3 days after clerk applied code.

As if 10/18/23 no bonus; 75 days since account creation (72 days since fully funded)

Edit 4:
11/07/23 Contacted USBank via phone about missing bonus amount, gave details and code AFL23, told I would recieve a response in 24-48 hours. They called back 3 hours later saying I'm still in a "verification" process and that there are 10 days left of the verificatino (Nov 17).. that would be a total of 103 days since funded if this is true.

Edit 5: 11/08/23 the $750 deposit finally put into my account as "Adjusted Interest" on 11/08/23 @ 03:55PM Smilie

I funded mine on July 24. Still waiting for my bonus. Just called and was told the bonus will post 45 days after the 60 days requirement is met. I did not see any 45 days requirement after the 60 days. But we will see by the end of October if the bonus will post or not. This is very frustrating.

Got 500: used DBA my own name and SSN for business, deposited more money as soon as $6 fee hit, called to reverse that "research fee", got paid, zelled out, phoned to close
