A billboard for the entire day is 144 packages, which costs $5,760.
They must only contract a few hours of time per day per billboard unless the math on their FAQ page is way off.
Edit: They might be saying one slot per 15 minute period throughout the day but that would be 96 packages so I have no idea how they're getting 144 unless they used to do it in 10 minute chunks and forgot to update the FAQ.

Another thing to point out. Even though my previous requests failed to complete, it recognized the email addresses I was using and said the promo code use had exceeded the limit. Change to a different email address, error goes away, order continues to next screen. So they're capturing your email address even though the order doesn't go through. I used up all my spam email addresses and started using dots/periods in the gmail addresses to "trick" it into thinking it was a new address.
