Same. Looked brand new except mine came in a refurbished box.
Of course they follow the gamertag used to purchase the games or apps. However, if they are leaving their games on the hard drive, then most likely their gamertag is still on there too. So I'm assuming the console is/was their Home Console, giving anyone and everyone the ability to play everything purchased under that gamer gamertag without their profile needing to be signed in. As long as they don't immediately get another console cause the second they sign in, that new system is now their Home Console...which now means in order to play any of those games, their profile needs to be signed in on ur console as well as ur own profile. But after that person signing in on their new system and getting a message a few times saying their profile was last signed into on another console, they will probably end up changing their password which NOW gives u NO access to those games cause u won't be able to have their profile signed in the background anymore.
