never mind the part that was out of stock was the processing fee? Reentered my payment info again (single use Privacy Visa card $7 total limit)
and the order went through second try, the total was less only - $6.36

That is the same thing that happened to me yesterday and they took the money out of my account and told me the CDKey was out of stock.
If it's not, you will get that Microsoft banner and won't allowed to update.
I was told Indonesia educational accounts for MS office 365 is about average out to $.0.25 per student for large institutions.

I just used it to install. Opened up Word. It then asked for license key. Copied key from website after purchase. Activated without issue.
