SD cashback is a joke. They can list any percent they want, to make it look good, but it always caps at $100.

"As a member of Cashback Rewards, you'll earn 12% Cashback on eligible online purchases at Lenovo! Cashback earnings not to exceed $100 per order."

12% should be like $258 back…

15% cb at the other popular site is $322.50 cash back… Plus Lenovo has discounts for students and military, plus other codes…

$2092.50 after id.me discount at checkout

$2218.05 after taxes (6%) and shipping

Total is $1778.63 after 15% cb based on $2092.50 purchase price.

Seems really good to me.

I'm glad there's no 4K. It's not really the right resolution for a 4080 laptop card for gaming at higher frame-rates, and it's a lovely screen res to work on at 16".

I finally pulled the trigger on this one. was getting a 100 off email code that wasn't working, but a rep got it working and sent me a cart for 2150. 2290 after tax, and fingers crossed the 15% cash back comes through.

Microcenter would have been nice as the NJ one has 3.5% tax, but this deal is good regardless

Less cores than a desktop 4070 Ti. Low memory bandwidth as well. Substantially lower power limit too. This thing will perform about as well as a desktop 3080 12GB (NON-Ti). At $2250, buyers remorse will hit harder than a Decepticon in about 3-6 months.
