One box had been fine, but the other one had been stripped of the booster packs. Neither Gamestop nor Pokemon would do anything about it. That makes sense, considering what we see with returned Lego sets and theives who not only open them for the figures, but reseal them and then return them, giving you a present missing what may be the most important item to the recipient. The good one had fine pulls, the problem is that these are much easier to reseal then things like some of the Trainer Sets.
