I have had terrible luck recently with used items (4 of my last 6 have been wrong items or scam returns, where the product labels have been purposely swapped to deceive the next buyer). I suspect it would be the same with cards (someone buys a 6700 and sends a 6600 back in the box for a refund), but if one were to get lucky it would be some savings.
As a heads up, the following card is $199 at Amazon (you have to select Amazon as the seller to see $199.99). It looks like a longer card, but three fans (for those that put stock in more fans = better cooling).

I stay far, far away from anything used on Amazon, that is any type of electronic whatsoever. The only thing I would consider buying used there are hand tools (not electric power tools either, just pliers or like that).
I also will not do business with Woot either, "an Amazon company", after I got burned on a new RX 6700 XT that was advertised on this site. The card was completely DOA, a dud. It took almost a month to get a refund from Woot they dragged their feet, I had to sent several notes to customer support that's a bot by the way
Eventually, nearly a month later, I got my $304 back.
From now one I buy all my video cards on Aliepress, I have thus far bought a new ESLA RX 5700 XT ($111) , two new RX 580 2048 SP (a Soyo and an ELSA) all brand new from the factory with 3 year warranty, and a RTX 3060M (mobile GPU on a PCIe card, $134 \), that should be arriving any day now. ALL brand new for far, far less money than used or 'refurbished' cards on Amazon, getting brand new cards. They all work perfectly. For example Amazon sells used RX 580 2048SP cards for $90 to $120, and I bought a brand new one on Ali for $45, and another for $67.
Much better buyer protection on Ali than from the 'Amazon marketplace' sellers or the Amazon Renewed store.

Good feedback and an interesting suggestion for AliExpress. I would never have thought to look there (as I have never purchased from them before). Probably similar to the first time buying something via Amazon or Newegg though :-P

So far, after 2 months, its been running as if brand new. No issues no far. Granted, when i got the package, the retail box had duct tape on it, all the video and power cables were missing. It was just the video card in a static bag. It looked almost brand new. Thinking maybe it was in someones machine for at least a couple of weeks/months, there would be some dust on it, but couldnt any dust on it and i doubt amazon would clean it up. YYMV. I see it popping up for 209.99 a couples of times this year and i keep wondering if its the same card being returned over and over again. Going from a 1060 to a 6650XT, its feels like im going from a bicycle to a Toyota Camery.
