"In our guide to what to buy to look like a Silicon Valley venture capitalist, we spoke to Jeremy Banon, associate at the venture-capital fund Javelin Venture Partners, to find out more about the status items cherished by the technology tribe. On his list is this mid-weight Patagonia fleece he says is so ubiquitous that he compares it to "the North Face of San Francisco." "And it's usually in that asparagus-green color," he says. "There are a lot of neutral tones here." -The Strategist
$150 original price for a fleece, they are out of their effing mind.... -_-
They're one of the only companies out there that actually guarantees their products and allows returns for life and stands by it. They will also buy back just about any used piece of clothing if you want to exchange it for another item at any point (just as long as it isn't damaged).
There's cheap and there's frugal. Being frugal means buying something high quality that might not be cheap, but it's cheaper in the long run because you don't have to replace it.
If you want cheap, go for cheap. But you get what you pay for.
Ordered this last time on here a few months ago and I absolutely love it, the color or style appears loud on screen but in practical use it's not that loud and the giant front pocket looks to be designed for the bigger phones (pro max), works great to not have to carry your device in shorts.
For all the negative comments sedentary SDers like to make about premium brands, they do stand behind their product. I'm not fully loyal to them but do buy around 50% off. I sent 2 Patagonia items back for repair after 20 years due to wear and tear and they emailed me two gift cards. Amazing service. They didn't owe me a cent!
