Yes, it's a real shame that the Switch, a small tablet that came out in 2017, is not on par with a modern gaming PC.

With 125 million Switches and 1 billion games sold, it certainly does not sound like a problem for Nintendo or for people who enjoy their games. It mostly sounds like a "problem" for snooty gamers.

more like I object to large companies throwing around their weight and money to manipulate the legal system to punish people and fans even when those people being punished are 100% acting in the legal right.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on right to repair while we're at it.

Wonder if they'll have copies of the collectors edition?

I didn't know they still sold games. It's been a very long time since I saw any movies or games at Costco. BJs sometimes sell in some stores.

While Nintendo seems to think otherwise, it's perfectly legal to back up your legally purchased copy of this game in order to preserve the originally purchased one.

Of course, you can even backup the BIOS of your switch system and run the game in an emulator on your PC in order to further preserve your legally purchased copy of the game and game system. Don't dare do this without your personal game and Switch system, both sold to you by an authorized Nintendo dealer. It would be very naughty if you used ulterior methods to obtain those.

oh, is this what all the talk of "un-emulatable" parts of ZTOTK is about? Makes sense now, ha

Cool, dude. You can't afford games. No need to brag to all of us.
They've let Reggie know to add them to their list now.

They were selling copies of the newest Pokémon games a few months ago at my local warehouse.

I am kind of annoyed that the pre-order was $75 if they're going to be selling in-warehouse for $60. Is this a price match situation or a return and rebuy? I suspect the in-warehouse product won't come with the switch case, but idk

I am assuming that it would not include any case and is only the game.

Owning a switch and a beefy gaming PC, I've already been playing for a couple days and would hands down rather play on PC. 1440p and locked 60hz.

Shame for the developers that 99% of the players will never see how great this game actually looks.

I was confused at first, but now I see that this is a pretty good deal. Brand new game with rave reviews selling for $60 when MSRP is $70. Breath of the Wild never really dropped to bargain bin prices and is still going for $40-50.

I haven't bought a game at launch, since Starcraft 2, so I didn't realize that $70 was now the going rate for new releases.

Oh you are right, what was I thinking. They are in the boxes by the gaming area just by the entrance. They never have like stack of games with different titles, but you are so right, by the gift cards and consoles, they have the boxes of the games.
