I use these, especially for trout fishing. Also works for bass and other fish, as well. You run a hook into the worm through the clitellum, so the hook doesn't fall out as easily. Then inflate, didn't take much to make the worm buoyant. A couple of pumps should do the trick - test in the water near you before casting out, you endure the worm floats.
