But look at it another way: these are getting so cheap they could replace firewood to keep you warm when they burn up on a cold winter night.
The only way this deal could have been hotter would be if that motherboard were paired with a 7800X3D (literally.hotter). At least Newegg would say, "trust me bro, I'm pretty sure these two things work together."
- iGPU makes video editing and streaming a lot less janky
- Fall back in case your dedicated GPU fails
- OS can be installed and rest of build can be completed if you don't have a GPU yet (waiting on a sale, saving up still, etc.)
- Computer can be repurposed down the line as something other than a gamer, perhaps a server/NAS without the need of a GPU.
The extra $20 investment for the integrated GPU is negligible and well worth the extra money IMO.
