Must port a non-TMo number; no TMo MVNOs are eligible for the porting price. Only AT&T / Verizon and their MVNOs. Or Google Voice, but that is $$ to port out.

Locked for 6 months. But you don't need to pay past the first month.

I see the wiki was updated to remove the statement that some phones may work on T-Mobile right away. Is this not true anymore?

This phone is not. If memory serves, that was only valid on some Nord.

Does anyone know if I Metro would accept a port in from a Google Voice number?

I've done that in-store so it should, but it's expensive compared to other "free" options if you plan on paying Google for the port-out.

Is the phone OEM unlocked once you past the 6 months to get it unlocked? Can you eventually install LineageOS?

Looks like in store only for porting in and that would add additional charges that's YMMV to it.
