Oh look, finally a deal that rewards existing members instead of them feeling shafted from all the various free trials for 1st timers. And yes I have used 9 or 10 if those over the years. I guess they have done better recently with the member sales.
When I click through the offer, I get:
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times"
—A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens

I get the same error. I guess if I sign up, I'm probably still not going to be eligible because I didn't get the email.

Audible CS is pretty good and has usually worked with me on deals, so maybe they'll extend the offer if you request it.

I got the same error message as most, and Customer Service activated the offer for me. They asked for a screenshot from my e-mail, but I only sent them the screenshot from the webpage, and they accepted that.

I've been a 12/24 annual member for as long as I can remember up until last year when I canceled out of pure resentment towards Audible lol.

Correction:
Yes. Credits expire one year after you get them.

If I'm remembering correctly, Audible credits disappear when your subscription ends. So if you don't renew or continue your subscription at the end of the one year, then any unused credits will disappear.

They actually expire every year. Use it or lose it. But you do own the books whether you continue to subscribe or not.

192 does not include tax - my tax was $15 bucks so keep that in mind

I also got the same error and the Chat Customer Support made it happen.

Thanks. I updated my post. I've never subscribed to Audible for more than 3-4 month trials and don't have any idea why they have that policy.

Of course, it doesn't include tax.

Everyone doesn't pay the same tax...

I checked with CS and they said that if they expire, they'll reinstate them as long as you're still an active premium member, but I think that's just an informal policy that they might not always extend.

When they started adding expiration dates to credits I [a very long term member] called to complain and cancel - they told me that no, they expired, but you could always call and have them reinstated - I asked why they were doing this at all then - no answer available - but they did re up my credits whenever I asked. Then eventually based on how much is available elsewhere for free through my library I stopped paying for the membership - not enough I wanted to OWN - I just sign up occasionally with a deal to get the few series I want when there's new ones.

Is the ratio 1:1 when it comes to books or are some books more than 1 credit
