These kits look terrible. You'd be better off spending the money on a Mepps or Rooster Tail spinner.

Which is going to cost you $5 a piece. You are not comparing apples to apples. This kit is fine for a youngsters catching pan fish.

I bought this last night and it was delivered today. Is it a really good kit? Not really. But… there's some out of the way ponds near me that have some nice panfish in them and this little kit is decent enough and small enough to head out with an ultralight for the day and just relax. For 5 bucks it isn't all that bad.
