however, looks like theres quite a few reviews w/ rusting issue which indicates this might not actually be real stainless steel which would be a huge no go. also construction is looking like it isnt anything to write home about..

Use case for me is replacing a 20 yo plastic kettle I have at work that takes forever to heat up,
Using it solely for pour over, but my old plastic kettle has no goose neck, not sure how important that is (and if even noticeable in the coffee after brewing)? For this price I'll find out (not to mention the massive SS upgrade from plastic, which has always slightly bothered me).
I have a second business account, not prime, and while it's show the coupon on the page to be clipped, it doesn't show up in the checkout process

Biggest gripe with this model is the potential for rusting, and it's been outclassed in the looks department for a while. The base and controls feel a bit cheap and dated in comparison to just about any similarly priced competitor I have used.
But for $15? Who cares, those are all very minor issues.
