These any good? I'm intrigued by the no fake sugar (unless I'm missing something).
Yes, they're good.
That aside - where are you seeing a 'no fake sugar' claim? I see a "no sugar" claim - it does appear to have what most people would colloqially call "fake sugar", that is to say, non or low caloric sugar substitute sweeteners. (I have no opinion on whether that's better or worse, everybody decide on their own.)
for reference, copy-pasted from amazon-
WHITE CHOCOLATE FLAVORED COATING (COCOA BUTTER, INULIN, WHOLE MILK POWDER, ERYTHRITOL, NATURAL FLAVOR, STEVIA EXTRACT, VANILLA EXTRACT), COCONUT OIL, INULIN, MCT OIL (COCONUT), SOY LECITHIN, LEMON OIL, CITRIC ACID, ANNATTO (FOR COLOR). CONTAINS MILK, COCONUT AND SOY. MADE IN A FACILITY THAT PROCESSES WHEAT, EGG AND TREE NUTS.
I've actually found the Slim Fast snacks (and Atkins) pretty good for keto. Probably not at MSRP but definitely at the frequent sale prices. I'm sure they cause gastrointestinal distress if you eat a ton of them, but enjoying one or two a day gives me no issues.
