I had a half zip sweater unravel on me. Called customer service they sent me a return label, mailed it in. They checked the sweater, saw it was defective and shipped me a brand new one free of cost covered under their lifetime warranty.

Did you look at your total. Mine says $10 shipping but the total didn't include it. I checked and checked my order confirmation. YMMV just saying that's what happened to me not sure of its repeatable

had $400 pair of pants they made pay shipping and then messed up the repair twice. they then lost them when mis mailing them back. their policy is YOU pay shipping. stated on their site.

I like spyder stuff; however when it comes to hoodies I like cotton-feeling rather than synthetic which seems to catch on my skin - i hate that texture. Is this hoodie the cotton type or synthetic type?

Great deal for GS & DH speed suits. They are hard to find in season at full price. Most are on clearance plus an additional 50% off. This is a real slick deal for any racer! Just got 2 for my kids.

Just got this in the mail today, has a strange smell but I imagine it washes out in the laundry. Otherwise feels nice and quality seems good. I will probably return it as it's oddly way too large on me (and it's a "small"). I have a bunch of other items from them, also small and they all fit well, not sure why they made this one so big.
