- $250 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard from T-Mobile terms:
- Qualifying credit, activate a new line, service (Go5G Plus and Go5G Business Plus), and port-in from AT&T, Verizon, Claro, US Cellular, Xfinity, Spectrum and Liberty Puerto Rico required.
- Complete port-in and upload bill documentation within 30 days of activation. If you have cancelled lines in past 90 days, you may need to reactivate them first.
- $35 device connection charge due at sale.
