T mobile refused to pay $2500 in rebates from Costco. I am very experienced in getting these, and fulfilled all requirements carefully. I am now suing them in civil court in their hq jurisdiction.

anyone tried this yet? THey also mentioned $35 activation charge?
I did this yesterday. Very easy. The whole process took about 40 minutes for 4 lines. I asked about the activation fee before I committed and he said he would waive the fees. That's what the OP also experienced.

How long time should I stay with T-Mobile to get $400? 90 days? Where can I get this information? Where can I upload the bill documents? Bill documents from previous carrier?

No new phone purchase is required. You can do BYOD, adding new lines and port in numbers.

Is "upload bill documentation" mandatory to complete the rebate request? I mean, will it work if I purchase a number for port-in only?

Can this be used and a line added to an existing business account? The line would be transferred from xfinity.

TMobile has been constantly getting breached in the recent years, serious breaches that compromise even your social security number. Customer service went to crap, and their signals are horrific because they are just too congested. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years but they screwed me over and over again and then when I left they charged me an arm and a leg because I cancelled and disabled all the promo discounts for a month. I moved over to visible for $25 true unlimited per line with unlimited hotspot and haven't looked back. Saved even more with referrals. Free promos from T-Mobile are not worth the negligence.

Anyone knows whether the trade in device has to be unlocked?
Sorry my wording was a little misunderstanding. I mean my iPhone has clean imei and was paid off but the sim is still locked to Boost Mobile network.
Is my phone qualified for this promotion's trade-in requirements? First time trying to do a T Mobile trade in promotion.

Is there a way to do this just for rebate purposes in that we purchase four lines for 3-4 months, and get four free phones at the start. Then cancel and keep rebates? Not as savvy as most with cell phone deals but would like to take advantage of the rebate offer

Wow! 10 lines for $94 is a great score.
None of these plans offers kickbacks are available now I am assuming.

More details at https://www.costco.com/t-mobile-b...wcase.html
Call the number on Costco T-Mobile # regarding the promo $400 breakdown
$250 per line port in and $150 ONLY if you get new device from T-Mobile.

Then went local Costco T-Mobile on the list.
Same info
$250 per line port in and $150 ONLY IF YOU GET NEW DEVICE.
Max 4 line port in
So $1000 port in and $600 if you get new device.
If you get free device, then 24 months contract.

Let me know if someone else get different info.

At TX Costco, can confirm both $150 and $75 Costco card requires new device purchase. $75 can be any plan.
