Comments and photos on Amazon also show plenty of rust, the same as usual with these racks. Not sure how they can get away with calling it stainless steel. Just more fraud.

This is the smaller version not full. I own both. Make sure to clean the rack from time to time and it will be less likely to rust because water will drip off. If you don't clean the water deposits make the rack more prone to rusting. I have not had any issues with rusting the past 4 months with the full rack.

Yes, that's because you put wet dishes in them. You're not supposed to put wet dishes in dish racks.

(This is snark. Don't anyone overreact)

I was tempted, but after reading the preceding comments I dont want to pay $45 and than have it rust in 6 months. It is likely made of chinese pot metal and I don't want that dripping on my dishes

So why pay a premium for this brand if the end result is the same?

I had these for 7 years with no rust, i just moved so going to buy more. Not sure why others are rusting, or why you are having moisture in your cabinet at all.

My costco compact version hasn't rusted despite daily use and no maintenance in 2 years... maybe just lucky or type of water.

This is good for large pots and plates. However, there are only 2 perpendicular bars that keep the dishes off the drip tray so smaller pieces, like lids, tend to fall through, unless you lay them flat.
