I would have bought if they accepted something like paypal so that they don't have access to my payment information. Personally, for me, it's not worth the risk.

I'm okay with "refurbished" earbuds, but these are "B-Grade" refurbished ear buds. Gettin' sketchy there.

Amazon reviews have a lot of complaints about battery life.

It does not mean anything. Wait until the charge is posted. Credit cards do not even discuss pending transactions. In most cases they will be removed and only one charge will be posted.

I ended up taking the gamble and buying two pair based on the fact that the website is linked on the Google landing page with 200+ reviews for the physical store in utah, dating back at least a year. Plus they've been a seller on ebay since 2006. I'm guessing the flash sales like this are to try to get people talking about/visiting their site so ebay isn't taking a significant cut.
