Found model #AC4900CA on Amazon and it has 4.6 stars with over 1,000 reviews and priced at $99 for 1 unit. Not sure if there's even any difference with the Costco one with model #AC4900 but seems like a great deal compared to Amazon's price for one.

Every one these air purifiers are noisy as per reviews and it looks like speaker too - that's the reason everyone is calling it as speakers , do not buy and think later 😃

GermGuardian is pretty good, though mine is starting to make noise like the fan is failing, it's been running like 6 years pretty constantly.

I would've picked these up if I had a Costco membership.

Some reviews talk about expensive replacement filters, but the generic replacement filters with good reviews on Amazon are all 2 for $25 and replacing generally every six months. $25 a year isn't too bad for the benefit, that's like $2 a month in filters. Anyone have issues with those generics?
