Oh, and appliances, too, but they're not worth mentioning since they're so unreliable.

Is Samsung trying to compete with Google for awful trade in value or something?

I'd say "meh" but it's even worse than 'meh' when they waste your time.

I can wait a few more months for the 23 Ultra to keep coming down. It definitely will Smilie

If you Google search for it there is a 12% CB 'out there' on the purchase amount. Can't post a link per policy for SD (but it shouldn't be too hard to find). And no idea how long it will be available - but it was there now as of my posting this.

Brought my cost down to 429.12 (including tax) after the CB pays.

Not anywhere near as good as last year with TIV on my S21 Ultra but at least I can expect MUCH better battery life (I've been on battery saver for the last 5+ months to make sure it gets though most days....and that's with just basic surfing and streaming music. Hoping for a day plus (and then ....hopefully.....if I should choose....a better TIV next year.)

Banner mentions $200 guaranteed credit for any device any condition, but many older devices still only show $30-50 trade values. Is something borked up on their website? Is this really all there is?

I have done about 3 Samsung trade in since 2018.... Every time I hate it. I got rejected twice and had to speak with CSR to get it sorted... I vow to never do these ridiculous trade-in again. Sorry for being the negative voice in this deal
Looks like I have been lucky, I have done 7 trade-in and never had any issues.

Wouldn't be a Samsung event sale if something wasn't broken lmao
