Rebate says you can order from any local independent retailer of your choice, however, the terms specify Clubs, groups, organizations, resellers or distributors of Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat products are not eligible and without a full list of eligible retailers, I would purchase from Target or Walmart just to be safe.

If you have participated in a previous Dr. Elsey's rebate/refund, you will not be eligible for this offer.

Also if you have already purchased in the last 90 days from Target or Walmart and the purchase meets the requirements of this rebate offer, you can submit that.

Isn't it starting at June 3rd 2022, which is last year so there is no need to wait and make purchase after two weeks in order to get the rebate right? Or if I'm misunderstanding anything?

I'm guessing they took it down, since it was too easy to signup for the rebate. The mail in form requires sending in the original receipt and deters people from redeeming the rebate. I'm a big fan of online rebate model after I tried it for some ice cream awhile ago.

So I bought this from Walmart.com the other day. Just got delivered and now the rebate is unavailable?? I would not have spent $21 on this cat litter if I wasn't going to get it back. Guess I can return it to Walmart.. 40 pounds.

Due to technical difficulties, we've discontinued our rebate program.

Bought this before the deal had "expired" picked it up today and when I went to the website to fill out the rebate which is no longer there. Contacted the company and they said to contact them for a link to the rebate form.
