Wow these prices keep getting lower and lower, BTW if you don't have a microcenter near where you live I've had success getting the live chat agents on best buys website to price match microcenter deals before (even with no microcenter in my state).

In the short term, sure. In the long term, there was a time when $500-$600 was the absolute top tier GPU. Crazy that you can now spend $2k on one.

Yeah the last GPU I bought (a GTX 970) costs me like $300 when it came out, I remember back then a Titan Class GPU was $800-1,200 but now their $1,800. Motherboards back then were $150-$300 and now their $400+

MC blocks the chat here (Cambridge), and offers no way to contact the store.
I picked up an open box for $864. Did some benchmarks and it seems to be doing fine but when I OC this further, I was getting 30c delta hot spot which is concerning. It's more stable once I use the default settings (teens to 20c delta) so I think I'll leave it alone as I don't think I need to OC this beast. There seems to be noticeable coil whine which I think why it was returned but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as the reference card I had when it first launched.
