Does anyone own this set? I've seen it in person and it's really nice and the extra dryer on top is pretty cool. The unit is very big lol

I'm so torn, this set looks nice and is huge! But, I've heard others mention that it's a very bad idea to even consider Samsung for washer dryers

Stay away from Samsung appliances. I know several appliance repair guys and they are one of the worst companies when it comes to issues.

Bought this late March. Set is 9/10. When I moved to my new house the prior folks left a new (old looking) top loader washer. The tide hygienic pods made the house smell horrible. This washer really mutes the smell. Also is great for getting out stains in a young child clothes.

Dryer may need to have its temp turned up a notch from its stock AI settings. Literally just change from 3 to 4 in most cases. Also, by default "eco dry" is on. US regulations require that. Your choice to turn off in the options. I always had just one random thing that seemingly would not get dry AT ALL …usually frilly material stuff if mixed with a load of cottons.

Biggest problem is the drums are DEEP, so as this is my first front loader it feels awful having to basically go all the way to the back of the drum for the washed clothes. Dried clothes are much easier to get out.

In my old home is a Samsung washer/dryer that I bought a decade ago and the dryer coil just went out as we were moving out. A decade is fine. The washer was still working fine.

I do agree with others about being careful as that house gifted a broken Samsung fridge….but regarding this particular set, I'm only mad I'm outside the price adjustment window

We bought this set from Costco in March 2022.They've worked well so far and we've done a lot of laundries with two boys at home. They have large capacities and the extra washer comes in handy. We were able to connect them to our home network easily and the smart features work flawlessly. They are really huge, so make sure you measure your laundry room. This price seems the lowest I've seen for this set. If they fit your needs, I'd say don't rule them out because people say don't buy Samsung appliances.

Just received our set over the weekend; delivery, installation and haul away all went smoothly. The company contracted through Costco came prepared with all the appropriate accessories for installation - no additional cost for anything. As for the washer and dryer, we're loving it so far. Huge capacity and the extra top washer will be super handy when we only need to wash a small number of items or delicates.

Our previous set was also a Samsung front load washer and dryer that we purchased about 10 years ago. Still running perfect and never had any issues with it, we only replaced it as this set was just too good of a price not to bite.
