Will post again. If you live in the Chicago/Milwaukee area then you can buy a lightly used Steelcase Gesture for $300 from a reputable resale shop. The one I bought still had tags attached.
I have another Gesture I purchased through Crandall and only have great things to say about both Crandall and the Gesture. Just want to let the SD community know that there is currently a better option available.

Lorrel headrest works and just check YouTube on installation for it.
So far the chair has been great. Upgraded braking casters are near silent. My only complaint is that the armrests are rather hard. Their video suggested the gestures were softer than the leap so I can't imagine how hard the leap must be.

I found those same ones yesterday. They show up tomorrow. Good to hear a slick dealer refer them!

I would say an ergonomic chair is one of those things any professional using a chair for 8 hours a day should invest in. There's nothing wrong with purchasing used, but you may want to replace the seat cushion on certain models, the Leap V2 is one I know many people prefer Crandall's thicker cushion for.
If you're new to an ergonomic chair, you might find it a bit uncomfortable at first, but over time you see the benefits. I appreciate the Gesture more two years later than I did the first couple of months.
Agree, I just bought a 2019 almost new model 2 weeks ago for $315
P.S. If it's Madisonseating then I'm not interested since they are refurbished chairs and not "new open box" like they claim.
