Mega roll is 255 sheets. After coupon and S&S, potential cost per sheet is $0.002707 (approx 2.7 cents per).

So no, it is not.

Edit: It is cheaper than Kirkland Ultra Soft which is currently .36 cents per sheet.

Me too and I get pissed every time I forget that and buy Quilted Northern. It is thinner and doesn't hold together well. That is evident when you first start a roll and it tears through a couple of layers when it starts to unravel. The second, and most notable, point of failure is when it comes to wiping your ass with it, so be sure to fold it more times than you would with Charmin. Unless you are a psychopath who wads it up haphazardly and wipes that way, then gods have mercy on your soul.
