This particular model has two almost completely unique capabilities, and is otherwise almost assuredly overkill for anything else.

This charger has support for the newest 28V 5A (140W) mode charging to enable the fastest charging for devices like the Macbook Pro 2021 model.

Additionally this device supports Programmable Power Supply in currents which can support either 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 and/or 25W Super Fast Charging. In fact, in addition to supporting 45W SFC 2.0 in single port usage this device can actually support 25W SFC on port 1 while also supporting 45W SFC 2.0 on port 2(!).

Use One Port:
  • 5V 3A
  • 9V 3A
  • 15V 3A
  • 20V 5A
  • 28V 5V

Use Two Ports: 45W + 100W
USB-C1 45W Max:
  • 5V 3A
  • 9V 3A
  • 15V 3A
  • 20V 2.25A
  • (PPS) 3.3-16V/3A
USB-C2 100W Max:
  • 5V 3A

Wrong. This 140W charger does NOT support Super Fast Charging in any port. Only Fast Charging.
Bought one and tested it with an Ultra from Samsung.
The Insignia 100W does support Super Fast Charger though.

Just in case this deal pops up again.
