Expired anyways, but I chose a 14" cast iron pan by a different brand because it had a lip that allows me to use it for more stuff than pizza. Works just as well for pizza, but I can also use it on the grill/stovetop as a basic griddle. Use mine all the time for both purposes.

This deal was no where to be found. The price for this item is STILL $39.90,. While $39.90 is still a good price compared to upwards of $50 from other sellers on Amazon, there are some deals. If you take a look at the list of other prices and sellers, you will find 8 of these in "Used - Like New" Condition for $19.47.

i think i bought it early 2020 during the pandemic when i was desparate for pizza during the lockdown. i dont think i bought it on sale. in fact i cant find a reciept for it in my emails, or on amazon, so im not even sure what brand it was... but search amazon for 14" cast iron and one of the items that comes up is

"Home-Complete Cast Iron Pizza Pan-14" Skillet for Cooking, Baking, Grilling-Durable, Long Lasting, Even-Heating and Versatile Kitchen Cookware"

i honestly got pretty good at making pizzas. the key is getting the steel/cast iron as hot as you can and then tossing the pizza on it and letting the steel cook the dough, while the oven is at the right temp and/or right distance from the broiler to melt the cheese and cook the toppings.
