My Lectric XP has been a nightmare. Defective out of the box. Company 100% unwilling to help. I promise I am no Karen. I am like the nicest, easiest going person. I regret that purchase so much!
The people I drink with at the park have these and love them.
Good deal. I bought 2 of these over a year ago for 999 with the comfort package. The baskets are well built but the seat is not worth upgrade price. Much better off getting a seat of your choice from Amazon for $30.

Folding is clunky and heavy but it is nice when you want to take them to a certain location and toss in your suv trunk or hitch carrier. Folding hack is to stow them in the large Husky tote with wheels so they are easy to move and stash as needed. I'm 6'5 250lb and this has gone 29mph. The step thru model is better for taller people considering the pedals are lower.

Do your research folks. Ebikes are fun but they come with a lot of inconveniences. I was surprised learning about all them: Size, weight, cadence vs torque sensor, tire thickness, turn radius, bike hitch rack size (due to weight), pedaling without power, awkward even when folded, terrible support all the way up to Rad (made in seattle) bikes. It's an early market, lots of no names brands with questionable quality. You can buy name brand but get a 350W motor and pay $5k. Just too many downsides to buy right now AT THESE PRICES.

I bought a new Huffy ebike this month on the cheap from Huffy.com (20% Off) and already sold it because someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I already want to upgrade. Great first ebike but I want more. I'm seriously thinking of getting the 3.0 in July but looking at all ebike models and options. Lots of great comments here. I really like the hydraulic brakes upgrade that Lectic is providing. Not many ebikes with hydraulic brakes out there at this price point. I definitely want, at a minimum, a 14 AH battery and front suspension. Still debating on foldable/non-foldable 2" tires or 3" tires. I don't think im going to do much off-roading. Anyway, I will be following comments here and will be buying something in July or August, so no big rush.

I don't think anyone can return a lectric bike. Their return policy doesn't accept return

According to their policy, you can return if it's still new in box and you pay return shipping.

I'm sorry to hear that. My parents have two and the company has worked with them on numerous occasions.
