Charlee Bear would argue that the amount of garlic included in these treats is harmless, but I cannot for the life of me believe that they really couldn't find a preservative that poses no threat.
Many years ago, garlic was not a part of the ingredients list and these were my treat of choice. Once garlic was introduced, I stopped purchasing.
I am not comfortable with the idea of regularly feeding my dog harmless doses of poison, however tasty and low-calorie they may be.

Remember, the meat color and shape and smell of any given dog treat is meant to appeal to us owners more than our dogs.

Did she experience any suffering from the pancreatic issue? Also, are you saying the garlic was responsible for it or not?
