This comes with 2.5 Ah battery instead of 4.0 Ah, but to my understanding this helps with the ergonomics even though a cheaper and smaller battery there is some benefit to it.

This is the lowest price offered on Amazon to my understanding.

After doing too much research, this is the trimmer I ultimately purchased.

ACME never fulfilled the order I had previously placed on a refurbished one and I think this one is slightly better than the other EGO trimmer deal I posted earlier today at Ace with the 4 Ah battery.

This does seem to be the model most people recommend. The ST1523S that currently has some deals going looks like a nice deal as well, that one doesn't have the rotating handle or telescopic shaft but has a 4AH battery and carbon fiber shaft. I'll probably pick this one up as the rotating handle will be nice for using this as an edger. You can pick up rotating handles that'll fit the other models for $20-25 if someone prefers the other features of a model like the st1523s.

Got super excited when I clicked the link but seems to be a NC deal, when I change my address back to NY goes to 220-20 for 200 final price which has been the standard. Ship to home =$30 from NC. Guess I have to keep waiting or bite the bullet.

I did a little digging. The store at Rainbow Ycs, New York NY (1449 1st Avenue?) has it for $179! If it's too far, what's your zip? I can look for you.

Do not buy. The battery will last you just a little more than a year.
