I bought multiple pairs and wore them all weekend on a beach trip. No, the soles aren't "Hard", they were perfectly comfortable. Do people like you just come shit on deals that you klnow nothing about as a pastime?

Yes, I got the wrong size (due to a weird bug on the website--they had Size 10 = Women's Size 10, Men's Size 9).
I strongly suspect that the people complaining that they run small were men buying the size they normally wear and getting one size down since they were getting the Women's size.
The way to check this is to look carefully at the cardboard hanger that came with the flip flops--check the top right corner for the actual sizing.
Anyway, to answer your question, they allowed me to return them without trouble.
